This custom Nena round gemstone necklace allows you to design your very own piece of jewelry for yourself or someone special.  Handmade with recycled gold, your choice gemstone is wrapped in a blanket of either silver or 14k gold an adjustable 16-17.5" chain. The handmade setting is open in the back and contains Michelle’s signature details.
